Good ol' Eugene keeps trying to sell me some Bali property but he always shows me some overpriced rubbish and gives me the impression that's all there is. Only after I have gone, does he seem to go into 'overdrive' and bombard me with listings from his webpage which I didn't even know existed: http://bali-living.web44.net/.
I wonder if his approach works with other people. It doesn't with me!
